My sisters flew in to help celebrate my round-number birthday.
Marianne and her partner Rob came in from Maine, Barbara and Joanne from Colorado
Michael (here with his partner Dan) coordinated the party with Andy
There were yummy snacks and drinks and toasts with old friends, including my beloved ex Stephen
Stephen came with his husband Alvaro
There were numerous surprises
People sang songs (here Glenn led a singalong of “It Don’t Worry Me” from the movie NASHVILLE)…
told stories (my old buddy Billy), read poems, etc.
